Paula will share her perspective on how blended and online teaching improves student engagement, provides for greater personalization of learning, and how a veteran classroom teacher has adapted to a new teaching and learning environment. Paula will share examples of successes and challenges she experienced in the journey of becoming an outstanding blended learning teacher. Paula recently had the opportunity to meet with and share about personalized learning within the blended learning environment utilizing flipped learning with colleagues at Beijing Normal University in Beijing, China.
